How can I reactivate or regain access to my CrownCoins account after a duplicate account closure?

CrownCoins enforces a strict One-Account Policy. Creating multiple accounts—even unintentionally—violates our Terms of Service. If a duplicate account is detected, it will be permanently deactivated to maintain platform fairness.

CrownCoins' One-Account Policy

  • Single Identity: Users are permitted only one active account.

  • Duplicate Detection: Accounts are flagged if they share identical personal details (name, address, etc.) or if the same verification documents are submitted for multiple accounts.

  • Common Causes: Using different login methods (e.g., Apple ID vs. Facebook) can unintentionally create duplicate accounts.

  • Consequences: All duplicate accounts are permanently closed. Any winnings, bonuses, or Sweeps Coins in these accounts are forfeited and cannot be transferred.

How to Regain Access to Your Main Account

If you are locked out because of a duplicate flag, you must use your Verified Main Account.

  1. Use Original Credentials: Log in using the exact method used for your main account (e.g., if you started with Apple ID, always use "Login with Apple").

    Note: Emails associated with deactivated duplicate accounts cannot be reused.

Account Reactivation & Special Cases

  • Policy Violations: If your primary account has been permanently closed due to a policy violation or concerns with Responsible gaming, note that any duplicate accounts you created will also be permanently deactivated.

  • Mandatory Waiting Period: If you requested to close your main account (User-Requested Closure), there is a mandatory 3-month waiting period from the closure date before it can be reactivated.

  • Irreversible Closure: Once a duplicate account is deactivated, it cannot be reopened or converted into a main account.

  • Device Changes: Switching between OS platforms (e.g., iOS to Android) can affect login methods. Notify support if your login is impacted by features like Apple ID Relay.
