What happens to winnings or balances in duplicate accounts?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

CrownCoins enforces a strict One-Account Policy to ensure fairness and compliance for all users. According to our Terms of Service, each customer is permitted only one account linked to their verified identity.

The Consequences of Duplicate Accounts

When multiple accounts are detected for a single user, the following actions are taken:

  • Permanent Deactivation: All duplicate accounts are permanently closed. Only one main verified account will remain active.

  • Forfeiture of Balances: Any remaining Sweeps Coins (SC) or winnings associated with a duplicate account are permanently forfeited. These balances cannot be transferred to your main account or redeemed for prizes.

  • Finality: These decisions are final and strictly adhere to our Terms of Service.

Can forfeited winnings be reinstated?

No. Winnings or balances lost due to a duplicate account violation will not be reinstated, regardless of how the account was created (e.g., accidental creation through a different login method).

How to Avoid Duplicate Account Issues

  1. Stick to Your Main Account: Only use your verified main account for playing and redemptions.

  2. Verify Login Methods: Ensure you are using the correct credentials (Email, Google, Facebook, or Apple) to avoid unintentionally creating a new account.

  3. Proactive Support: If you suspect you have more than one account, contact Customer Support immediately. We can help you identify your primary account and close any unintended duplicates before issues arise.
