Why was my CrownCoins account permanently closed, and can it be reopened?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

CrownCoins maintains a safe and compliant gaming environment by enforcing strict policies. Accounts are closed when there is a violation of our Terms of Service, regulatory requirements, or responsible gaming commitments.

Reasons for Permanent Account Closure

If your account was closed for the following reasons, it is permanent and cannot be reopened:

  • Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account (even if the others are dormant) is a violation of our one-account policy.

  • Payment Irregularities: Using payment methods not in your name or initiating chargebacks.

  • Responsible Gaming: Accounts closed due to irresponsible gaming behaviors or for the player's well-being are never reopened.

  • Restricted Locations: Accounts registered from prohibited regions (e.g., Michigan) must be closed to adhere to operational laws.

  • Verification Failure: Failure to provide authenticating documents for identity verification or due diligence.

Reactivation Possibilities

In specific cases, a closure may be temporary or eligible for review:

  • Self-Exclusion: If you requested a temporary lock, your account is subject to a 3-month waiting period before you can request reinstatement. Note that no new accounts can be created during this time.

  • Pending Due Diligence: If your account was closed due to outdated verification files, the closure may be rescinded once you provide the required documents and they are approved by our team.

Important Notes on Forfeiture

  • Balances: Any balances (Sweeps Coins or winnings) in an account closed for Terms and Conditions violations (like duplicate accounts) will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.

  • Finality: Most permanent closures are final to uphold regulatory requirements and ensure community integrity.
