Closing your CrownCoins account is a significant decision that involves specific restrictions and policies. Please review the details below to understand what to expect.

1. Immediate Effects of Account Closure

  • Loss of Access: Your account becomes inaccessible as soon as you refresh or exit the page after confirming closure. While you may finish an active game session, you will no longer be able to make purchases or transactions.

  • Loss of VIP Benefits: Upon closure, you will immediately lose your VIP Dynasty status and all associated perks, such as weekly gifts, exclusive games, and access to the VIP support team. Reinstating these benefits is not guaranteed even if the account is reopened later.

2. Reopening Restrictions (The Three-Month Rule)

CrownCoins enforces strict policies regarding account reactivation to ensure platform integrity:

  • Waiting Period: Once closed, an account cannot be reopened for a period of three months. This restriction is strictly enforced.

  • New Account Prohibition: You are not permitted to create a new account during this three-month period. Attempting to do so violates our one-account policy.

3. Alternatives: Account Cooldown

If you don't want to lose your VIP status permanently, you can opt for a Cooldown Period instead:

  • Temporary Block: Your gameplay is blocked only for the duration you specify.

  • Automatic Reopening: Once the cooldown ends, your account automatically reopens with all your benefits and VIP status intact.

4. One-Account Policy & Penalties

CrownCoins strictly follows a one-account-per-user policy:

  • Duplicate Accounts: Creating a duplicate account to circumvent a closure or cooldown period is a major violation.

  • Consequences: This may lead to the permanent deactivation of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any winnings or balances.
