At CrownCoins, we prioritize the well-being of our community. We believe gaming should always be fun and entertaining, so weโ€™ve designed these tools to help you stay in control of your play and spend responsibly.

Purchase Limits

You can set limits to manage your spending on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

  • Daily Limits: Reset every day at 00:00 UTC.

  • Weekly Limits: Reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC.

  • Monthly Limits: Reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC.

  • Evaluation: Each purchase attempt is checked against your active limit since the last reset.

  • Increasing Limits: Requests to increase or remove a limit require a mandatory 48-hour waiting period and are subject to review.

How to Set a Purchase Limit

  1. Open the support menu and start a new ticket.

  2. Select Responsible Gaming.

  3. Choose Limit My Play.

  4. Select Set Purchase Limit.

Cooldown (Timed Account Restriction)

If you need a short break, a cooldown temporarily pauses your account from making purchases and playing games.

  • Duration: You can set a cooldown for up to 90 days.

  • Automatic Reactivation: Your account will reactivate automatically once the period ends.

  • Strict Policy: Cooldowns cannot be shortened or removed once applied.

  • Duplicate Accounts: Creating new accounts during a cooldown is strictly prohibited; winnings from duplicate accounts will not be honored.

How to Request a Cooldown

  1. Navigate to Limit My Play in your account settings.

  2. Select Proceed to Limit Options.

  3. Choose Close account (timed) from the dropdown menu.

  4. Enter the desired duration (up to 90 days) and submit.

Permanent Account Closure (Self-Exclusion)

For those who wish to suspend their account indefinitely for personal or responsible gaming reasons:

  1. Access Limit My Play in the Support Menu.

  2. Select Proceed to Limit Options.

  3. Choose Close account (permanent).

  4. Reactivation: Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons can only be reviewed for reactivation after a mandatory 3-month period.
