Limitations for Responsible Gaming

Our responsible gaming tools encompass various types of limitations designed to help you manage your gaming habits and prevent excessive playing.

When you submit a request, you will have the option to choose from different limitations.

Updating Your Purchase Limit

The limit chosen will be applied as daily and resets at 00:00 UTC.

Each purchase attempt will be checked against this limit over the last 24 hours from the reset time, regardless of the date or day of the week. Purchases will only be approved if they do not exceed this limit.

To place a purchase limit open a new support ticket, than choose "Responsible Gaming" >> "Limit my play" >> "Set purchase limit".

Note: As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, any request to lift a limit from your account is subject to staff review and a mandatory 48-hour waiting period, with no guarantee of approval.

Setting a Timed closure - Cooldown Period

Another option for limiting your gaming activity is to set a cooldown period. This means that your account will be locked from playing for a specified period of time. A cooldown period temporarily restricts your CrownCoins account from purchasing or gameplay activities for a specified period. This tool is particularly designed to provide time away from gaming for individuals practicing responsible gaming or taking a break. Once applied, your account remains under the restriction until the cooldown ends, at which point it is automatically reinstated. This feature helps ensure fair gameplay and compliance with responsible usage policies.

To request a cooldown period, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Limit My Play" section in your account.

  2. Choose "Proceed to Limit Options" and select the desired cooldown duration (options go up to 90 days).

  3. Submit the request. An agent will review your submission to ensure all necessary details are provided. Once approved, the cooldown will be applied.

Note: As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, we are unable to shorten the requested time period. Your account will only be reopened once the selected timeframe has fully elapsed.

  • Duplicate accounts: Creating new or duplicate accounts during the cooldown is prohibited. Any duplicate accounts and associated winnings will not be honored. This ensures compliance with responsible gaming practices.

  • Duration changes: Once a cooldown is set, it cannot be removed until the specified duration expires.

  • Post-cooldown: Once the cooldown period has expired, your CrownCoins account will automatically be reactivated. No additional action is required from your end to restore account activity.

  • Duration and extensions: The maximum allowable duration for a cooldown is 90 days. If you require a longer pause, specific alternative measures, such as account self-exclusions, may need to be applied.

Closing Your Account - Self exclusion

In cases where you wish to suspend your account indefinitely, you can choose to close your account. You can also initiate this process to manage your playtime or for any personal reasons. Additionally, if you're looking to close an account due to concerns over fraudulent or irregular activities, take note that these circumstances may be reviewed under CrownCoins’ Terms of Service policies.

To close your account, access 'Limit My Play' in our Support Menu, select 'Proceed to Limit Options,' and follow the prompts to finalize the closure.

Note: As part of our commitment to promoting responsible gaming, your account can only be reactivated once a 3-month cooldown period has been completed. Attempts to create new accounts may lead to automatic closure, and any winnings will be forfeited according to CrownCoins' responsible gaming policies.

Additionally, when you close your account, you will lose access to perks such as weekly gifts, special rewards, and community engagement benefits.
