Redeem via Instant Bank Transfer (IBT)
Instant Bank Transfer (IBT) lets you receive your approved redemption directly to your bank account. Follow these steps to submit your request.
How to Redeem via IBT
From the game lobby, click Redeem.
Enter the amount you'd like to redeem.
Select Instant Bank Transfer (IBT) as your redemption method.
Review your redemption details, then click Confirm followed by Continue.
On the IBT page, click Continue and select your bank from the list.
Log in securely using your online banking credentials.
Select the bank account you'd like to use.
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions, then click Connect Account Information.
Click Confirm Redemption to submit your redemption request.
Important Information
Please review all information carefully before submitting your redemption.
Incorrect or incomplete banking information may cause your redemption to fail or be delayed.
Your account must be fully verified before a redemption request can be approved.
