The name on your redemption destination, such as your bank account or eligible e-wallet, must match the name on your verified CrownCoins account and the verification documents you've provided.

Unsupported accounts

  • Third-party bank accounts or accounts that are not registered in your name

  • Payment apps and digital wallets such as PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo

  • Fintech accounts, which are generally not supported

IBT / ACH redemptions can only be sent to eligible U.S.-based bank accounts registered in your name.

Before You Submit a Redemption Request

Before submitting your request, make sure:

  • Your CrownCoins account is fully verified.
