How long does approval take?
All redemptions are reviewed and approved within 24–72 hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 7 days.
What’s the processing time after approval?
IBT / ACH: 1–5 business days
Skrill: 1–3 business days
Instant Payouts / Prepaid: You'll receive an email with your virtual Visa/MasterCard
card immediately after approval.
Can I cancel my redemption?
Yes, you can cancel your redemption request as long as it hasn't been approved yet.
Simply go to the Redemption page and click "Cancel".
Once approved, cancellation is no longer possible.
Are there any fees when redeeming a prize?
Nope! Crown Coins Casino does not charge any fees for redemptions. We want you to enjoy your winnings without deductions.
Can I redeem from multiple CrownCoins accounts?
No. Having more than one account violates our Terms of Service. Any duplicate accounts will be closed, and any coins in them will be forfeited.
Can I redeem to another person’s bank account?
Unfortunately, no. For your safety, redemptions must go to accounts legally and beneficially owned by the player. This ensures all redemptions are secure and compliant with our Terms of Service.
Do I need to pay taxes on my redemptions?
CrownCoins is a social gaming platform and does not provide tax guidance or reporting. We recommend consulting a tax advisor for questions specific to your situation.
Can I make multiple redemptions?
Yes, you can! You may place multiple redemptions using the same or different methods.

Skrill: Max $14,500
Prepaid Redemption: Max $5,000

Find the amount you're following up on
If your specific request isn't listed, please contact Customer Support directly.
My redemption was sent to the wrong account. What now?
Please contact your bank directly to request a return of the funds.
If the account is closed, the bank will likely return the funds to us.
Once received, we’ll credit the coins back to your account.
