How do I contact Customer Support?

If you need help with your account or the game, you can contact our Customer Support team in several ways.


1. From the app (logged in)

  1. Open the game and go to your My Account menu:

    • On mobile, tap the My Account icon on the lower right of the screen.

  1. Tap Support.

  2. Select Send us a message.

You will then see a contact form.

Fill out the form
- Enter your name, email address, and any account details that will help us locate your profile. In the message box, provide a clear description of your issue, including what happened and when it occurred.

Attach files if needed
- You can attach screenshots or other files that show the issue. This helps our team understand and resolve your concern more quickly.

Submit your request
- Once you have completed the form, select Submit to send your message to our team.


2. From a browser (logged in)

If you are playing in a browser:

  1. Open the game lobby.

  2. Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner to open the menu.

  3. Select My Account.

  4. Tap Support, then Send us a message, and complete the form as described above.


3. If you are not logged in

If you cannot access your account or are not logged in:

  1. On our website, scroll to the bottom of the page.

  2. Click Contact Us in the footer section.

  3. Fill in the form with your details and a clear description of your issue, then submit it.
