At some point, you may need to update your phone number, address, or email. To ensure account security, a full verification of your account is required before these changes can be processed.
How to Start an Update
To begin the process, follow these steps:
Open the Support Menu.
Select 'Update personal info'.
Choose the specific information you wish to change and follow the on-screen instructions.
You will be asked to verify your account through a liveness check.
Updating Your Phone Number
Process: After completing the update request, refresh the game and enter your new phone number when you first visit a slot game.
Important: If the phone number is already linked to another account, you will not be able to use it. Please use an alternative, unique number.
Updating Your Email
Process: Once your request is submitted, the update will be processed. You will be notified once the change is completed.
Availability: If the requested email address is already taken, you will be informed and we will work with you to find a solution.
Updating Your Address
Process: To ensure accuracy for future redemptions, you will be provided with a secure way to upload a new Proof of Address.
