Go to the Redemption page in your CrownCoins account.
Locate the "Cancel" button next to your pending request.
Click/Tap "Cancel" to stop the process.
Instant Return: Once canceled, the funds are immediately returned to your game balance.
Important Conditions
Approval Window: You can only cancel a request while it is awaiting approval. Once the request has been approved by our team, the cancellation option is no longer available.
Status Confirmation: A visible "Cancelled" tag confirms that the request is no longer active and the funds have been successfully returned to your account.
Why You Might Need to Cancel
Change of Heart or Amount: If you want to change the redemption amount or simply keep the coins in your balance for gameplay.
