How to Cancel Your Prize Redemption Request

If you have submitted a Prize Redemption Request but have changed your mind or need to make changes, don't worry! Canceling your request is a simple process. Just follow the steps below to cancel your request and make any necessary changes.

Cancelling Your Request

  1. Go to the Redemption page in your CrownCoins account.

  2. If the option is available, locate the "Cancel" button next to the pending request.

  3. Select the "Cancel" button to stop the redemption process. When a redemption is canceled, the funds are immediately returned to your game balance.

It's important to note that you can only cancel your request while it is awaiting approval. Once your request has been approved, the cancellation option will no longer be available. Redemption status indicators, such as a visible "Cancelled" tag, confirm that funds have been returned to your account and the request is no longer active.

Why Would I Need to Cancel My Request?

There are various reasons why you might need to cancel your Prize Redemption Request:
