Follow the on screen instructions to complete your redemption request.

1. Log in to your CrownCoins account.
2. Open the Redeem menu.
3. Select Cash.
4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your redemption request.

When you open the Redeem menu on the CrownCoins website, you’ll see two separate options:

SC: Redeem your eligible Sweeps Coin (SC) balance.

- SC: Redeem your eligible Sweeps Coin (SC) balance.
- Cash: Redeem your eligible Cash Balance.

Yes. You can continue using the Crown Bingo website to redeem your eligible Cash Balance.

Both the CrownCoins website and Crown Bingo website remain available for eligible Cash Balance redemptions.
