This guide explains how CrownCoins Bingo works, how to join events, manage your account, and claim your rewards.

Summary

CrownCoins Bingo is a live, in-game Bingo experience hosted in real time. You can join scheduled Bingo events directly inside the CrownCoins app or on our Web and win CrownCoins or Bingo Sweeps.

There’s no need to open new account, leave the app or open external links, everything happens in one place under you CrownCoins account. Just open the Bingo Lobby, choose your event, and join the session.

When does our Bingo events take place?

Bingo sessions run regularly three times every week on:

  • Tuesday

  • Thursday

  • Saturday

You can always check the Bingo Lobby Calendar to see upcoming events, start times, and details.


Participating & Winning

How does Bingo work?

During a live session, Bingo balls are drawn one by one.
When a drawn number matches one on your Bingo card, it is automatically marked for you, no action needed. You win by completing winning patterns on your card before the game ends.

How can I participate in the Live Bingo event?

You can join Bingo event in several ways:

  1. One-Time Cards
    You can purchase individual Bingo cards for a specific event.

  2. Monthly Subscription
    You can purchase our monthly subscription and enjoy unlimited access to all Bingo events throughout the month. When you buy a subscription with X cards, these are the amount of cards that will be played in every Bingo event during your active subscription period. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and remains active until the same date in the following month.

  3. Gifts & Promotions
    Bingo cards may be awarded through:

    • In-game promotions

    • Social media channels

    • Special events or giveaways

What winning patterns count?

You can win if your card completes any of the following patterns:

  • A horizontal row

  • A vertical column

  • A diagonal line

  • Four corners and the center

The more winning lines you complete on the same card, the higher your total rewards is expected to be.

Can I use my Bingo Sweeps winnings to play slot games or convert them to Sweeps Coins?

Bingo Sweeps cannot be used directly to play slot games, and they cannot be converted into Sweeps Coins. However, you do have two ways to use your Bingo Sweeps winnings:

  • Use Bingo Sweeps to purchase a Coin Package or Promotion.

    • On the Order Summary screen, Click / Tap "Apply" on Cash Balance to complete your purchase. This will automatically apply your Bingo Sweeps balance and finalize the purchase.

  • Redeem your Bingo Sweeps winnings.

    • You can redeem your Bingo Sweeps and then use the redeemed funds to purchase any promotion you wish, as long as you meet the minimum redemption amount of $5.

How can I win the grand prize?

To win the grand prize, you must complete all spots available on a single Bingo card.

We always draw more balls than there are spaces on the card, giving everyone extra chances to win.


Live bingo Event

What types of Bingo events are available and where can I play with my winnings?

Each Bingo session includes two separate events:

🟡 CrownCoins Bingo

  • These coins are added directly to your CrownCoins balance.

  • CrownCoins can be used immediately to play on our slots.

🟣 Bingo Sweeps

  • Rewards are added to your Bingo Sweeps Balance.

  • Bingo Sweeps can be redeemed right away with minimum of $5 per redemption. Bingo Sweeps cannot be played directly on our slots but you can use them to buy tickets for future Bingo events.

Do I have to attend the event for my cards to count?

No. Your Bingo cards are automatically counted during the event, even if you choose not to watch it live. We take care of marking your cards and tracking any winnings based on the numbers drawn.

Do rewards stay the same every session?

No. Rewards vary from event to event and can grow larger until the grand prize is won. All prize details are clearly shown in the Bingo Lobby before each event starts.


Account settings

Account verification

You only need to verify your CrownCoins account once. If you’re already a verified player, you won’t be asked to submit any additional details to redeem your Bingo prizes.

Multiple accounts

You may only use one CrownCoins account to participate in our Bingo. Your Bingo activity is tied directly to your CrownCoins account. Additional accounts are not permitted.

Purchase limits

If you set a purchase limit, it will applies to one-time card you can purchase.

Your monthly Bingo subscription does not count toward this limit and is not affected by it. Refund for one time cards or a subscription are not available.

Subscriptions duration and cancelling policy

Your Bingo subscription runs until the same calendar date in the following month and renewed automatically on the same day and at the same time each month.

You may cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month. Please remember that once a subscription is created, it cannot be canceled for the current billing month.

What can I find on the Bingo page?

On the Bingo page, you can view and manage everything related to your Bingo experience, including:

  • Purchase options for both one-time cards and monthly subscriptions. Each package includes a different number of cards.

  • Your current balances, including CrownCoins and Bingo Sweeps, with options to purchase cards or redeem your winnings.

  • Bingo cards you’ve played in past events in the last month.

  • Your active Bingo cards and subscription settings, all in one place.

Subscription Upgrade

After starting a monthly subscription, you have the option to upgrade your plan to include a higher number of cards. Increasing the number of cards improves your chances of winning. Please note that you can only have one active subscription at a time, so any upgrade will take effect at your next renewal and replace your current package.

Excluded States

Only players located in the United States are eligible to play Bingo, excluding residents of the following states: Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Washington, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
