Game Variety: Each session typically includes two events: 🟡 CrownCoins Bingo (for slot play) and 🟣 Bingo Sweeps (for redemptions/tickets).
How to Join & Participate
One-Time Cards: Purchase individual cards for specific sessions.
Monthly Subscription (currently not available): Unlimited access to all Bingo events. The number of cards you buy (X cards) will be played in every event during the month.
Gifts/Promos: Cards may be awarded via social media or in-game giveaways.
Auto-Marking: Numbers are marked automatically. You don't have to watch live to win; the system tracks your cards and winnings for you.
Winning Patterns & Prizes
Patterns: Horizontal row, Vertical column, Diagonal line, Four corners + Center.
Grand Prize: Awarded for a Full House (completing all spots on a single card). We draw more balls than spots to increase winning chances.
Multiple Lines: Completing more lines on the same card increases your total reward.
Winnings: Bingo Sweeps vs. CrownCoins
🟡 CrownCoins Rewards: Added directly to your main balance for slot play.
🟣 Bingo Sweeps Rewards:
Redemption: Minimum $5 per redemption.
Purchases: Can be used to buy future Bingo cards or Coin Packages/Promotions at checkout (click "Apply" on Cash Balance).
Constraint: Cannot be used directly on slots and cannot be converted to Sweeps Coins.
Usage of Bingo Sweeps
Bingo Sweeps (Cash Balance) cannot be combined with other payment methods.
To use Bingo Sweeps for purchases, the available balance must be enough to cover the full amount.
Partial payments (splitting between Bingo Sweeps and other payment methods) are not supported.
If the balance is not enough for Coin Package purchases, Bingo Sweeps can still be used to purchase Bingo cards.
Bingo Sweeps are different from Sweeps Coins and cannot be used interchangeably.
Account & Subscription Policies
One Account Only: Bingo activity is strictly tied to one CrownCoins account.
Verification: If you are already a verified CrownCoins player, no extra verification is needed to redeem Bingo prizes.
Purchase Limits: Limits apply to one-time cards, but not to the monthly subscription.
Refunds & Cancellation: * No refunds for one-time cards or active subscriptions.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date/time each month.
You can cancel anytime before the renewal date to stop future charges.
Upgrades: You can upgrade to more cards; this takes effect at your next renewal and replaces your old plan.
Excluded States
Bingo is only for US players excluding: Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Washington, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
