Sweeps Crown Tickets: What’s Changing for Indiana Players

Effective June 30, 2026

We’re updating how Sweepstakes Coins work for players in Indiana. These changes apply only to Indiana players. Gameplay in all other states remains the same, and CrownCoins (CC) are not affected.

Tier benefits, such as gifts, Birthday Bonuses, and VIP Monthly Bonuses, will continue to be credited as usual and are not affected by this update. However, Coinback is currently disabled for Indiana players.

What’s New at a Glance

  • Sweepstakes Coins are being renamed to Sweeps Crown Tickets for Indiana. The abbreviation stays the same: SC.

  • The biggest change is that your balance is now split into two parts instead of one combined total.

Your New Two-Part Balance

In Indiana, you’ll now see two separate balances:

  • Cash Balance ($)

    • This is your redeemable money, credited instantly after every win, including Crown Bingo Live Cash wins.

    • Besides redemption, your Cash Balance can also be used to purchase CrownCoins Store Offers.

  • Sweeps Crown Ticket Balance (SC)

    • These are the SC Tickets you use to play. Your SC Ticket Balance includes SC received from gifts, free SC from purchases, tournaments, missions, social media rewards, drops, and other SC that was not won by playing games.

How Gameplay Works Now

Your SC Lobby header shows both balances: Cash ($) on the left and SC Tickets on the right. When you spin the games, SC tickets are consumed on every spin, whether you win or lose. All winnings go straight to your Cash Balance instantly. Important: your Cash Balance cannot be used to spin games — only SC tickets can be used for spins. Your Cash Balance is used for store purchases and offers, or for redemption.

Redeeming Your Cash Balance

You can redeem from your Cash Balance with a minimum of $50. Country and providers limits may also apply.

*Apply also on Crown Bingo Live Cash.

❗️Note: Some redemptions submitted under the previous format have been canceled due to the regulatory change. Please resubmit your redemptions in the new format and we will process them as fast as possible.
