What is the Prepaid Virtual Visa/MasterCard Card?
The Prepaid redemption method delivers your prize as a Virtual Visa/MasterCard Card, which can be used anywhere Visa/MasterCard is accepted online. Please note that this option includes a separate verification and activation process to ensure the security of your card.
What Happens After Approval?
Once your Prepaid redemption is approved, you’ll be notified through:
A pop-up message in your game lobby
An in-app notification
An email confirmation sent to your registered email address
These notifications will confirm that your redemption has been approved and is ready for activation.
What to Expect Next?
Activation Email You’ll receive an email from [email protected] with instructions to activate your Prepaid Visa/MasterCard Card. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the email.
Follow-Up Email Once successfully activated, you’ll receive another email containing your Virtual Visa/MasterCard Card details.
If you fail to activate the card within the 24-hour window, the activation link will expire, and your redemption request will be canceled. Your coins will be returned to your game balance automatically.
Processing Time
Approval Time: 24 to 72 hours (can take up to 7 days in some cases)
After approval, a notification pop-up will appear in your account, guiding you to activate your card via email.
If the activation email is missed or the link expires, the redemption request will be canceled, and your coins will automatically return to your account.
