Redemption Through Prepaid Virtual Card

If you chose the Prepaid option for your redemption, this guide explains what to expect after your redemption is approved.

Updated this week

What is the PrepaidVirtual Card?

The Prepaid redemption method delivers your prize as a Virtual Card, which can be used anywhere Visa or MasterCard is accepted online.

What Happens After Approval?

Once your Prepaid redemption is approved, you’ll be notified through:

  • A pop-up message in your game lobby

  • An in-app notification

  • Email with your Prepaid Virtual Card

These notifications confirm that your redemption has been approved and that your card is ready for claiming.

Processing Time

  1. Approval Time: 24 to 72 hours (can take up to 7 days in some cases)

  2. You can also check the status of your redemption anytime within the CrownCoins app by navigating to the "Redeem" button or the "Funds History" tab.

Card Details

  1. Valid for: 6 months from activation date

  2. Maximum Value: Up to $5,000

  3. Use: Anywhere Prepaid Reward Card is accepted online

  4. The Prepaid Reward Card functions like a regular Visa or MasterCard card for online purchases. However, it does not support direct cash withdrawals or transfers to personal bank accounts.

Didn’t Receive the Email?

If you can’t find the email with your Card details:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folders

  • Search for the sender [email protected]

  • Try searching the keyword Payouts.com

  • Ensure you are checking folders like Trash and Promotions in addition to Spam or Junk.

  • Use search keywords such as "Your reward is ready" to locate the email in case it contains alternative phrasing.

  • Additional search terms like "Payout," "CrownCoins redemption," can be used to locate the email efficiently.

Still nothing? Tap the in-game support option and reach out to us. Our team is here and ready to assist you 💛

We hope this makes your redemption experience as smooth and seamless as possible. Enjoy your reward!
