If you selected the Prepaid option, your prize will be delivered as a Virtual Card that can be used for online purchases wherever Visa or MasterCard is accepted.
What Happens After Approval?
Once approved, you’ll receive:
- A notification in your game lobby
- An in-app notification
- An email with your Virtual Card details. Check the box and activate your card.
Processing & Card Details:
Approval Time: Usually 24–72 hours (can take up to 7 days)
Validity: 6 months from activation
Maximum Value: Up to $5,000
Usage: Works for online purchases
Note: This card cannot be used to transfer funds to a bank account

If you haven’t received the email:
- Check Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders
- Search for emails from "[email protected]"
- Look for keywords like "reward" or "CrownCoins"
