What Happens After Approval?
Once your Prepaid redemption is approved, you’ll be notified through:
A pop-up message in your game lobby
An in-app notification
Email with your Prepaid Virtual Card
These notifications confirm that your redemption has been approved and that your card is ready for claiming.

Approval Time: 24 to 72 hours (can take up to 7 days in some cases)
You can also check the status of your redemption anytime within the CrownCoins app by navigating to the "Redeem" button or the "Funds History" tab.
