Phone verification is an added layer of security we use at CrownCoins Casino to confirm your identity and keep your account secure.

The Basics

  • When is it required? You will need to verify your phone number during registration or if you decide to update your contact information later on.

  • Mobile Only: Verification supports mobile numbers only. Landline numbers are not accepted.

  • Login Frequency: You do not need to enter a code every time you log in.

Troubleshooting Verification Codes

  • Not receiving the code? You should receive your 6-digit code within seconds. If there is a delay, ensure you have a stable connection. You can click "Resend Code," but please wait at least 10 minutes before requesting a new one.

  • "Invalid Code" or "Code Expired": This means the code entered is incorrect or has timed out. Always use the most recent code sent to you via SMS, as older codes are automatically invalidated.

  • "Maximum Attempts Exceeded": This happens after five incorrect attempts. Please wait 10 minutes before trying again.

Common Error Messages

  • "Phone number already in use": The number is linked to another account. Remember, creating multiple accounts is not allowed and can result in the forfeiture of winnings.

  • "We failed to verify this number": Check your number format and network connection. Try restarting your device or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

  • Unsolicited Codes: If you receive a code you didn't request, someone may be trying to access your account. We recommend changing your password immediately and contacting support.
