The VIP Monthly Bonus is a recurring reward based on your current VIP Tier. It includes a combination of CrownCoins (CC) and Sweeps Coins (SC), with higher tiers receiving higher rewards.
2. When will I receive my VIP Monthly Bonus?
Your VIP Monthly Bonus becomes available monthly on the same calendar date that you reached your current VIP Tier.
For example, if you reached your current VIP Tier on the 15th, your Monthly Bonus will become available on the 15th of each applicable month.
VIP Monthly Bonuses become available at the daily reset time of 00:00 UTC.
Once available, your VIP Monthly Bonus will appear on your account when you log in.
3. Where can I check and how long do I have to claim my VIP Monthly Bonus?
You can check the timer for your next VIP Monthly Bonus by going to My Account.
The timer shows how much time remains before your next Monthly Bonus becomes available.
On the day your Monthly Bonus is scheduled to become available, the timer may display 0 days before the bonus appears. This does not mean your Monthly Bonus is missing. It will become available once the daily reset time of 00:00 UTC is reached.
Once your Monthly Bonus becomes available, you can claim it until the day before your next Monthly Bonus becomes available.
4. How much is my VIP Monthly Bonus?
Your VIP Monthly Bonus amount is based on your current VIP Tier.
The reward is fixed according to your tier and is not determined by your gameplay or purchases from the previous month.
Higher VIP Tiers receive higher Monthly Bonus rewards.
5. What happens to my VIP Monthly Bonus if I level up?
If you advance to a new VIP Tier before your scheduled VIP Monthly Bonus becomes available, the Monthly Bonus from your previous tier will not be issued.
Instead, you'll receive the applicable Level-Up Bonus for reaching the higher tier.
Your next VIP Monthly Bonus will then follow the calendar date that you reached your new VIP Tier.
You can check My Account to view the updated timer for your next Monthly Bonus.
6. Why does my VIP Monthly Bonus timer show 0 days?
Your timer may show 0 days on the calendar date your VIP Monthly Bonus is scheduled to become available.
Your Monthly Bonus becomes available at the daily reset time of 00:00 UTC. This means the timer may display 0 days before the reset occurs and before your bonus appears.
Once the 00:00 UTC reset is reached, your Monthly Bonus will become available.
7. Why didn't I receive my VIP Monthly Bonus?
If you recently advanced to a new VIP Tier, your VIP Monthly Bonus schedule will update based on the calendar date you reached your new tier.
You can check My Account to view the timer for your next VIP Monthly Bonus.
If the timer shows 0 days, your Monthly Bonus may still be waiting for the daily reset at 00:00 UTC before it becomes available.
If the reset time has already passed and your Monthly Bonus is still not available, please contact CrownCoins Support for assistance.
