1. What is the VIP Monthly Bonus?
The VIP Monthly Bonus is a recurring reward you receive based on your current VIP Tier. It includes a combination of Crown Coins (CC) and Sweeps Coins (SC), with higher tiers receiving higher rewards.
2. When will I receive my VIP Monthly Bonus?
Your VIP Monthly Bonus becomes available 30 days after you advance to a new VIP Tier. Once available, it will be automatically pop up on your account on your next login.
3. How much will I receive?
The bonus amount is fixed and determined solely by your current VIP Tier. It is not based on your gameplay or purchase activity from the previous month.
4. Will I still receive the bonus from my previous tier if I level up?
No. If you advance to a new tier before your scheduled VIP Monthly Bonus is credited, the bonus from the previous tier will not be issued.
To ensure you still receive a reward, we provide a Level-Up Bonus when you move to a higher tier.
5. Why didn’t I receive my VIP Monthly Bonus?
If you recently leveled up, your bonus may have been rescheduled to align with your new tier’s timeline. VIP Monthly Bonuses are always credited 30 days after each tier advancement.
