If you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to change it, you can reset your CrownCoins password at any time.
Reset your password
Open My Account by clicking your profile picture next to your coin balance.
Click Sign Out.
Select Log In.
Under the Log In button, click “Click here” next to Forgot your password?
Enter your registered email address if prompted.
Check your inbox for a password reset email from CrownCoins and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Signed up with Facebook, Apple, or Google?
Password resets are only available for accounts created using an email address.
If you signed up using Facebook, Apple, or Google, you’ll need to change or reset your password through that service, then use your updated credentials to log in to CrownCoins.
