How It Works
Every eligible spin you make automatically accumulates Coinback.
CC Mode: All spins qualify.
SC Mode: Only spins made with redeemable Sweeps Coins qualify.
Your Coinback percentage depends on your VIP tier. The higher your level, the greater your rewards.
The Coinback Safe
Your Coinback accumulates throughout the week and becomes available every Tuesday at 09:00 AM (UTC).
When the Safe opens, you’ll have two options:
Keep - Your accumulated coins remain in the Safe as your Unlocked Balance. You can claim them at any time.
Claim - Your full accumulated Coinback is instantly transferred to your game balance.
Locked vs. Unlocked Balance
Unlocked Balance: Available to claim at any time.
Locked Balance: Newly accumulated Coinback that becomes available at the next Safe opening.
After selecting Keep or Claim, new eligible spins will begin accumulating toward your next Coinback cycle.
Where to Find Coinback
You can access Coinback through the Rewards section.
Additionally, a Coinback widget appears in the Lobby for a few hours before and after the Safe opening time so you won’t miss your opportunity to collect.
How Coinback Is Calculated
Coinback is calculated per eligible spin using the following formula:
