If you're a VIP Club Bronze member or higher, you can earn Coinback as a reward for your eligible spins.
Coinback gives you back a percentage of your eligible spins based on your current VIP Club level. The higher your VIP tier, the higher your Coinback percentage.
How does Coinback work?
Every eligible spin contributes to your Coinback balance.
CC Mode: All spins are eligible.
SC Mode: Only spins made using redeemable Sweeps Coins (SC) are eligible. Spins using non-redeemable SC do not contribute to your Coinback balance.
Your Coinback accumulates in your Coinback Safe, which opens every Tuesday at 9:00 AM UTC.
When the Safe opens, you can choose to:
Keep: Leave your Coinback in the Safe. It becomes your Unlocked Balance, which you can claim at any time.
Claim: Transfer your available Coinback directly to your game balance.
When do I start earning Coinback?
You'll begin earning Coinback as soon as you reach VIP Club Bronze. If you made eligible spins while you were still on the Entry Tier, those spins will count toward your first Coinback once you reach Bronze.
Your first Coinback will be available during the next scheduled Safe opening on Tuesday at 9:00 AM UTC.
Understanding your Coinback balance
Locked Balance
Your Locked Balance includes Coinback earned from eligible spins after your most recent Keep or Claim action.
Your Locked Balance becomes available when the Coinback Safe opens on the following Tuesday.
Unlocked Balance
Your Unlocked Balance contains Coinback you've chosen to Keep after the Safe opens. You can claim your Unlocked Balance whenever you'd like.
