Coinback Feature for BRONZE and Above Users
Are you a user from VIP Club BRONZE or above? If so, you're in luck! You have access to our Coinback feature! Coinback allows you to get coins back from your spins. In this article, we'll explain how this feature works and how you can take advantage of it.
How it Works
On each spin you make, whether it's in SC mode (redeemable coins) or CC mode (all spins), you will receive a percentage of it back. The exact percentage depends on your VIP Club level - the higher the VIP club, the higher compensation!
The Coinback feature accumulates coins for you all the time and becomes available for your action once a week, on Tuesday at 09:00 AM UTC.
When the Coinback safe becomes available you can choose between "Keep" or "Claim":
Keep - The accumulated coins will remain in the Coinback safe, this amount is your “Unlocked Balance” and will remain available for you to collect whenever you decide to.
Claim - Instantly moves all the accumulated coins in the Coinback Safe to your game balance.
Locked and Unlocked Balance
When you choose to keep your outstanding Coinback balance the accumulated amount will become "Unlocked Balance" and will be available for you to collect at any time.
New coins accumulated after your last "Keep" or "Claim" action will be accumulated to your "Locked Balance" and will be available for your next action, next Tuesday.
Only Redeemable SC is eligible to participate
Notice that while all CC spins are qualified for Coinback accumulation, on SC spins, only redeemable sweeps coins spins are counted towards your next Coinback bonus!
Accessing the Feature
The Coinback feature is accessible for you from the ‘Rewards’ window. You can also find it as a widget in the lobby for a few hours before and after the safe opening time. This way, you won't miss out on the opportunity to claim your coins back.
