What is Phone Verification?

Phone verification is an extra security measure that we use at Crown Coins Casino to protect your account from potential compromise. By verifying your phone number, we can confirm your identity and maintain the security of your account.

Why do we ask for your phone number?

When you register at Crown Coins Casino, we require your phone number as a security measure. This allows us to verify your identity and ensure the safety of your account.

It is important to keep your phone number and email address up-to-date to prevent any potential loss of access to your account. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Do I need to enter a verification code every time I log in?

No, you will only need to enter a phone verification code during the initial registration process when you link your account to a valid phone number. However, please note that you may be prompted for a verification code if you wish to update or change your phone number in the future.

Phone verification is limited to valid mobile numbers. The use of landline numbers is not supported.

How long does it take to receive a verification code?

If you are unsure, we recommend enhancing your account security by changing your password and checking for any unauthorized activity. If you need further assistance, please contact us for support.
