If you're having trouble accessing the platform due to a location error, it may be caused by your connection, device settings, or regional restrictions. Please follow the steps below.
๐ง Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check your Location toggle (Account Setting)
Go to My Account
Make sure the Location toggle is turned ON
This allows the system to detect your location correctly
2. Switch your connection
Try switching from Mobile Data to Wi-Fi (or vice versa)
This helps improve location accuracy
3. Restart your router
Restarting your internet equipment can refresh your network location
4. Disable VPN or Proxy
VPNs can make your location appear in a restricted state and may block access
Make sure all VPN software is turned OFF
5. Check your device location settings
Ensure Location Services / GPS is turned ON
Set location accuracy to High (if available)
6. Contact your ISP
If the issue continues, your IP address may be showing an incorrect location
Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to request an IP refresh or new assignment
๐ Restricted States (No Access)
CrownCoins is not available in the following states:
Idaho
Louisiana
Michigan
Montana
Nevada
Washington
Players located in these states will not be able to access the platform.
๐ฎ Restricted SC Mode (CC Play Only)
Sweeps Coins (SC) mode is not available in the following states:
Connecticut
New Jersey
New York
Players in these states can still play using Crown Coins (CC) only.
๐ Switching Between CC and SC Mode
If both modes are available in your location, you can switch between them using the toggle button in the game interface.
The toggle allows you to choose between Crown Coins (CC) and Sweeps Coins (SC)
If SC mode is unavailable in your location, the toggle may be disabled or not visible
