How can I mute the sound when I play?

Learn how to mute the game

If you prefer to play in silence, you can easily mute the sound effects and music directly through the CrownCoins platform or your device settings.

Muting via CrownCoins Settings

Mobile App/Web:

  1. Tap on your Avatar in the upper-left corner (beside your coin balance).

  2. Toggle the Sound switch to OFF.

PC/Desktop

  1. Click the three-lined menu button in the top right corner.

  2. Click My Account.

  3. In the bottom right corner of the My Account page, locate the Sound toggle.

  4. Click the Sound switch to turn it OFF. When it's OFF, the toggle will no longer be highlighted.

Muting Individual Slot Games

Most slot games have their own dedicated audio controls. Once you enter a game, look for the speaker icon or the settings/menu bar within the game interface to toggle the sound off for that specific game.

Mute Your Device

If you still hear sounds while playing, you can mute your device using its built in sound controls.

Windows

  1. Click the speaker icon on the taskbar.

  2. Drag the volume slider to 0, or click the speaker icon to mute.

Mac

  1. Click the Control Center or Sound icon in the menu bar.

  2. Drag the volume slider all the way down, or press the Mute key (if available on your keyboard).

Android

  1. Press the Volume Down button until your device is muted.

  2. You can also go to Settings > Sound & vibration (or Sounds) and lower the Media volume to 0.

iPhone/iPad

  1. Press the Volume Down button until the volume is muted.

  2. You can also open Control Center and drag the volume slider all the way down.

Note: Menu names and settings may vary slightly depending on your device model and operating system version. If you need help finding the sound settings, search online using your device model and the keywords "how to mute volume".
