If you prefer to play in silence, you can easily mute the sound effects and music directly through the CrownCoins platform or your device settings.
Muting via CrownCoins Settings
Mobile App/Web:
Tap on your Avatar in the upper-left corner (beside your coin balance).
Toggle the Sound switch to OFF.
PC/Desktop:
Click the three-lined menu button in the top-right corner.
Click My Account.
Toggle the Sound switch to OFF.
Muting Individual Slot Games
Most slot games have their own dedicated audio controls. Once you enter a game, look for the speaker icon or the settings/menu bar within the game interface to toggle the sound off for that specific game.
Muting Your Device
You can also control the audio via your device’s hardware or system settings:
iOS (iPhone/iPad): Use the volume down button until muted, or go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and adjust your preferences.
Android: Press and hold the volume down button, or go to Settings > Sound and toggle "Use Volume Keys for Media" to off.
