How to check your Funds History?

Learn how to find your recent bonuses, purchase and redeem history

At CrownCoins, we want to make sure you have easy access to your account activity. Follow these steps to view a summary of your bonuses, purchases, and redemption history:

Option 1: Desktop View

  1. Log in: Access your CrownCoins account.

  2. Open the Menu: Click the three-line menu button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

  3. Select "My Account": Scroll down the menu options and click on "My Account".

  4. Click on "Funds History": Within your account page, find and click "Funds History" in the sidebar.

Option 2: Mobile View (Quick Access)

  1. Click your Avatar: Tap on your Avatar icon located in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Select Funds History: From the quick menu, tap on "Funds History" to see your recent activity.

Important Details to Remember

  • Records Duration: The Funds History section stores a detailed summary of your transactions for up to two weeks.

  • Older Records: If you need records older than two weeks, you can request a transaction summary for the past 30 days by contacting our customer support team.

  • Long-term History: For comprehensive long-term records, we recommend referring to your bank or credit card statements.

  • Gameplay History vs. Funds History: Please note that your Gameplay History is not located in the Funds History section. To view your play records, you must open the specific game you wish to check; the history option will be available within the game menu. Please be advised that gameplay history may not be available for all game titles.
