Overview
PayNearMe is a cash payment option available for eligible US players.
With PayNearMe, you can start a Crown Coins purchase online, receive a barcode or QR code, and complete your payment with cash at a participating retail store such as:
7-Eleven
CVS
Walgreens
Family Dollar
How PayNearMe Works
Step 1 — Open the Buy Section
Open the Buy section and select your preferred Coin Package.
Step 2 — Select PayNearMe
Under Payment Method, choose PayNearMe.
Step 3 — Enter Your ZIP Code
Enter your ZIP code to view nearby participating retail stores.
Step 4 — Choose a Store
Select the store where you want to complete the cash payment.
Step 5 — Receive Your Barcode or QR Code
You can choose to:
Receive the barcode on your phone, or
Print the barcode
Step 6 — Complete Payment In-Store
Bring the barcode or QR code to the participating retail store and pay the amount in cash.
Processing Time
Transactions may show as Pending while waiting for payment
After the cash payment is completed, settlement may take approximately 15 minutes
Important Notes
PayNearMe is available for eligible US players only
Payment sessions expire after 2 hours
If payment is not completed before expiration, the session will show as Expired
Store participation may vary by location
Common Questions
Why does my payment show as Pending?
Pending means the system is still waiting for the in-store cash payment or settlement confirmation.
What happens if my PayNearMe session expires?
If the payment is not completed within the 2-hour window, the session expires automatically and a new purchase session must be started.
How long does settlement take after payment?
Completed cash payments typically settle within approximately 15 minutes.
