How to Receive Promotional Emails?

We love keeping our players in the loop with exclusive promotions and bonus offers! To ensure you don't miss out, follow this guide to manage your email subscriptions.

Who Can Receive Emails?

  • You must have a valid email address listed on your CrownCoins account.

  • Note for Apple ID Users: If you used "Hide My Email" during sign-up, your email might look like @privaterelay.appleid.com. We cannot send promotions to these addresses.

  • To fix this: Open a support ticket under "Update Personal Info" to update your email.

How to Check Your Subscription Status

You can check if you are subscribed directly through our in-game system:

  1. Open the in-game chat.

  2. Tap Bonuses.

  3. Select Promotional emails.

What the Results Mean

  • Not Subscribed Yet: You will be automatically subscribed once you tap the button.

  • No Email on File: You will be guided to update your personal details first.

  • Using Apple Relay: You will be prompted to update to a valid email before subscribing.

  • Already Subscribed: You’ll receive a confirmation that you’re already on the list.

Updated Your Email Recently?

If you just changed your email, remember to go back to Bonuses > Promotional emails and tap it again to finalize your subscription.
