Who Can Receive Promotional Emails?

To get promotional emails from CrownCoins Casino, you’ll need to have a valid email address listed on your account


Note for Apple ID Users

If you signed up using Apple ID and chose not to share your email, your email may look like this:

Unfortunately, we can’t send promotional emails to these Apple relay addresses. You’ll need to update your email to a valid one you can access. In order to do so, please open a new ticket under "change personal details".


How to Check if You’re Subscribed

  1. Open the in-game chat

  2. Tap Bonuses

  3. Select Promotional emails

Here’s what can happen when you check:

  • Not Subscribed Yet?
    Don’t worry! You’ll be automatically subscribed.

  • No Email on File?
    You’ll be guided to update your personal details and add one.

  • Using Apple Relay Email?
    You’ll be prompted to update your email before we can subscribe you.

  • Already Subscribed?
    You’ll get a confirmation that you’re all set.


If You Updated Your Email...

Once you've updated your email address, go back to:
Bonuses > Promotional emails
…and tap it again to complete the subscription process.
