Who Can Receive Emails?
You must have a valid email address listed on your CrownCoins account.
Note for Apple ID Users: If you used "Hide My Email" during sign-up, your email might look like
@privaterelay.appleid.com. We cannot send promotions to these addresses.To fix this: Open a support ticket under "Update Personal Info" to update your email.
How to Check Your Subscription Status
You can check if you are subscribed directly through our in-game system:
Open the in-game chat.
Tap Bonuses.
Select Promotional emails.
What the Results Mean
Not Subscribed Yet: You will be automatically subscribed once you tap the button.
No Email on File: You will be guided to update your personal details first.
Using Apple Relay: You will be prompted to update to a valid email before subscribing.
Already Subscribed: You’ll receive a confirmation that you’re already on the list.
Updated Your Email Recently?
If you just changed your email, remember to go back to Bonuses > Promotional emails and tap it again to finalize your subscription.
