The process for clearing your cache and cookies depends on the internet browser and device you're using:
Computer:
Google Chrome (Mac and Windows)
Open Chrome on your computer
Click More (three vertical dots) at the top right
Click More tools, then Clear browsing data
Choose a specific time range or select All time to delete everything
Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
Click Clear data
Safari (Mac)
Open Safari on your computer
Click History on the top left menu bar
Select Clear History at the bottom
Choose the desired time range
Press Clear History
Firefox (Mac)
Open Firefox on your computer
Click History on the top left menu bar
Select Clear recent history
Choose the desired time range
Select the data to clear (including cache)
Press OK
Mobile:
Google Chrome (Android)
Open Chrome on your Android device
Tap More at the top right
Tap History, then Clear browsing data
Choose a specific time range or select All time to delete everything
Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
Click Clear data
Safari (iPhone \ iPad)
Open Settings on your iPhone
Select Clear History and website data
Confirm your intention to clear this data
The action will be completed upon confirmation
