How can I delete my cache and cookies?

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can help resolve login issues, loading errors, or display problems.

The process for clearing your cache and cookies depends on the internet browser and device you're using:

Google Chrome (Mac & Windows)

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Click Privacy and security.

  5. Click Clear browsing data.

  6. Choose a time range (select All time to remove everything).

  7. Check the boxes for:

    • Cookies and other site data

    • Cached images and files

  8. Click Clear data.


Safari (Mac)

Option 1: Clear History

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click History in the top menu.

  3. Select Clear History.

  4. Choose your desired time range.

  5. Click Clear History.

Option 2: Clear Cookies Only

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click Safari (top-left).

  3. Select Settings (or Preferences).

  4. Go to the Privacy tab.

  5. Click Manage Website Data.

  6. Select Remove All.


Firefox (Mac)

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Click the three horizontal lines (☰) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Click Privacy & Security.

  5. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.

  6. Click Clear Data.

  7. Select:

    • Cookies and Site Data

    • Cached Web Content

  8. Click Clear.


Google Chrome (Android)

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Tap History, then Clear browsing data.

  4. Choose a time range.

  5. Select:

    • Cookies and site data

    • Cached images and files

  6. Tap Clear data.


Safari (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Open Settings on your device.

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.

  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

  4. Confirm when prompted.
