Crown Road is a limited-time rewards feature where you unlock and claim rewards one step at a time. Each time you claim a reward, a countdown begins for the next step. Once the timer ends, the next reward becomes available.
Pass Types
Free Pass
Available to all players and includes standard rewards.
Premium Pass
Unlock with a one-time purchase to receive additional rewards throughout the event.
Good to know: If you purchase the Premium Pass after making progress on the Free Pass, you'll instantly unlock all Premium rewards for the steps you've already reached.
How Crown Road Works
Step 1 is available as soon as the event begins.
Claiming a reward starts the cooldown timer for the next step.
When the timer reaches zero, the next reward becomes available to claim.
Your progress is shared between the Free Pass and Premium Pass.
Cooldown timers continue counting down in real time, even when you're offline or the app is closed.

The event timer, showing how much time remains before Crown Road ends.
A step timer beneath each reward, showing when your next reward will become available.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I claim the next reward?
The next reward may still be on cooldown. Once the timer reaches zero, it will unlock and become available to claim.
Cooldown timers run in real time, even while you're offline, and cannot be skipped, reset, or sped up.
Will I lose my progress while the timer is running?
No. Your progress is saved while the cooldown timer is running. Once the timer ends, the reward will remain available until you claim it or the Crown Road event ends.
Do I need Premium to continue progressing?
No. You can continue progressing through Crown Road with the Free Pass. Premium adds access to additional rewards along the same progression path.
What happens to my progress if I activate Premium?
Your progress stays the same. Activating Premium unlocks the Premium rewards for the steps you've already completed.
Future rewards will continue to unlock as you progress and the applicable cooldown timers expire.
Why can't I claim a Premium reward?
Premium rewards are only available after you activate the Premium Pass. If Premium is already active, you may still need to wait for the current cooldown timer to finish before progressing to the next reward.
Does Premium skip the cooldown timer?
No. Premium unlocks the Premium reward track but does not skip or remove cooldown timers. Rewards are still claimed step by step as you progress through Crown Road.
Where can I see how much time is left in Crown Road?
The overall event timer is displayed at the bottom of the Crown Road screen. It shows how much time remains before the event ends.
What happens to unclaimed rewards when Crown Road ends?
Any unclaimed rewards expire when the Crown Road event ends and cannot be restored. Make sure to claim your available rewards before the event timer reaches zero.
